Where Learning Gallops Ahead!

What is Pony Club?

The United States Pony Club (USPC) is a nationally recognized equestrian organization dedicated to developing strong, knowledgeable, and well-rounded horsemen and women. Founded in 1954, USPC has become a leader in equestrian education, offering a structured curriculum that combines riding skills, horse care, and character development. With a focus on safety, sportsmanship, and leadership, USPC provides a foundation that benefits riders of all ages both in and out of the saddle.

How does it work?

USPC Members gain access to a wide range of additional opportunities outside of our usual mounted, unmounted, and classroom lessons, including: lifetime certifications great for job applications in the industry, team competitions, clinics, regional and national events. It’s not just about riding—it’s about developing confidence, responsibility, teamwork, and leadership skills through hands-on experience. No matter what a riders' goal is, USPC offers the resources and community to help!

Pony Club at

Remington Farm

As one of five official Pony Club Riding Centers in the PNW, Remington Farm Equestrian Academy offers a structured and supportive environment where aspiring equestrians of all ages can grow in character, leadership, horsemanship, and community—all in one place. Whether or not a rider owns their own horse, we make the Pony Club experience accessible through our lesson horses and a blend of mounted and unmounted educational opportunities.

Integrated with our Academy Program, we host USPC-sanctioned events including mock rallies, educational clinics, and official certifications, making Remington Farm a convenient hub for students with a Pony Club membership to participate fully in Pony Club without the need to travel for meetings or testing. Remington Farm will support you with optional off site educational opportunities and pony club rallies.

We are proud to be part of the Northwest Region of the United States Pony Club, connecting our riders to a diverse network across Washington and Oregon. Through this nationally respected program, students gain practical horse management skills, develop lasting friendships, and grow within a community that shares their passion for equestrian life.

At Remington Farm, Pony Club is at the heart of what we do. It’s more than just riding—our members learn the full spectrum of horsemanship: how to care for horses, understand their behavior, and become strong advocates for their well-being. Whether preparing for competition or mastering stable management, our program builds confidence, responsibility, and resilience.

Students are welcome to join our Pony Club riding center with their own horse and haul in for their lessons and activities, or use a lesson horse available at the farm.

Students enrolled in our Academy Program are not required to become a Pony Club member - they will still gain the benefits of the nationally renowned Pony Club education we use as the basis of our curriculum.

The HORSE Core Values

The foundation of everything we do in Pony Club is built on the U.S. Pony Club Core Values, represented by the word

H-O-R-S-E.

Horsemanship — with respect for the horse and self through knowledge and skill.

Organized Teamwork — including cooperation, communication, responsibility, leadership, and mentoring.

Respect — for the horse, each other, and the Pony Club community.

Service — by helping others and demonstrating a sense of responsibility.

Education — at an individual pace to achieve personal goals and expand knowledge.

These values guide every ride, every rally, and every moment spent in the barn!
