About Us

About Remington Farm

Remington Farm is located in the heart of Duvall, Washington—surrounded by the natural beauty of the Snoqualmie Valley and grounded in a deep respect for horses, land, and learning. Our 30-acre facility offers a peaceful, professional setting for riders of all levels to grow in their horsemanship, leadership, and connection with their equine partners.

Originally built in 2006 by Dee Strand for Olympic eventer Amy Tryon, the farm was designed to support high-level training while honoring the fundamentals of good horsemanship. In 2023, the property was acquired by Remington Farm and has since been thoughtfully refreshed and re-energized to align with Amy’s original vision: a place where both horses and humans can thrive. Today, Remington Farm is home to a vibrant equestrian academy, a growing community of riders, and a renewed commitment to purpose-driven programming rooted in partnership, education, and care.

🏇 Our Vision

Remington Farm Equestrian Academy focuses on growth, development, and overall well-being of humans and horses in equestrian sports. We facilitate this through individualized training plans, support of a collaborative instructor team, and promotion of the humane treatment of both horses and humans in a natural, respectful environment.

🐴 Our Mission

Our mission is to foster a professional, positive, and growth-oriented environment for riders and horses alike. Through a membership model we create opportunities for riders of all levels to train in multiple disciplines, and to ensure the well-being of horses, students, and instructors.
