1. Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Remington Farm through our website at www.remingtonfarm.com or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support.
2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.
3. Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance or reach out directly to [email protected] or call (206) 659-7825 during business hours.
4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. Contact your wireless provider for more details on your text or data plan.
6. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

1. Payment & Booking Process
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure online payment system.
• This payment does not confirm a specific lesson time. A member of our team will contact you within 2 business days to:
• Schedule your lesson,
• Provide required Registration Packet for review and signature, including our rider waiver.
2. Required Documentation
• All riders (or their parent/guardian if under 18) must complete and sign our liability waiver and any other required forms before the lesson.
• Failure to return completed documents at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson will result in the lesson being postponed and rescheduled.
3. Scheduling & Expiry
• You will be contacted by one of our staff members to schedule your Intro Lesson as soon as possible.
• Your lesson must be scheduled and taken within 60 days of purchase.
• Lesson times are subject to availability and weather conditions.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellations with sufficient notice may be eligible for rescheduling, but not for a refund.
• No-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the lesson without refund.
5. Refund Policy
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for introductory lessons.
• In case of weather-related cancellations or other school-initiated changes, we will reschedule at no cost.
6. Rider Eligibility
• Riders must meet our safety requirements regarding age, weight limits, and physical ability.
• Please contact us in advance with any questions or concerns about eligibility.
7. Safety & Conduct
• Riders and accompanying guests must follow all safety instructions provided by staff at all times.
• The school reserves the right to cancel or terminate any lesson if a rider displays unsafe or inappropriate behavior. No refund will be given in such cases.
1. Subscription Overview
• This is a monthly recurring subscription for riding lessons based on the selected plan.
• Payment is automatically billed every 30 days to your saved payment method.
• After enrollment, a team member will reach out to:
• Confirm scheduling availability,
• Finalize your recurring lesson time,
• Ensure all required documentation is complete.
2. Scheduling:
• Clients are assigned a recurring weekly time slot. Staff will do their best to accommodate changes, with preference given to clients who provide multiple scheduling options.
• Schedule changes may be requested quarterly during review periods. There is no guarantee that change requests can be honored.
3. Missed Lessons & Make-Ups:
• One make-up lesson per month is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Lessons missed without sufficient notice are forfeited and cannot be credited or rescheduled.
• In the case of inclement weather, an unmounted or virtual lesson may be offered in place of the mounted session.
4. Documentation & Enrollment Requirements
All clients must:
• Complete and sign the full Registration & Membership Packet before scheduling any lessons.
• Re-submit documentation annually, or if rider details change. For minors, this responsibility falls to the parent/guardian.
• Pay the Enrollment Fee prior to assessments or lesson scheduling.
• Have a valid card on file and be enrolled in automatic monthly billing.
• Follow all barn rules and safety guidelines.
• Read and sign the full Terms & Conditions, Release of Liability Waiver, and Photo Release Form.
5. Safety Dress Code:
• Students and their guests must wear closed-toed shoes at all times on the property.
• All riders must follow the farm’s Safety Equipment and Riding Gear Policy when in the barn aisle, paddocks, stalls, arena, or while mounted.
6. Payments:
• Monthly tuition is due every 30 days and is non-refundable.
• Add-on services are billed upon receipt.
• Clients must maintain a valid payment method on file.
7. Cancellations:
• A 60-day written notice is required to cancel a subscription, sent to [email protected].
• During the 60-day cancellation window:
• Clients will continue to be billed monthly.
• Lessons may still be attended unless otherwise agreed.
• Mid-month cancellations do not reduce financial obligation.
8. Delinquent Account & Collections Policy:
• Clients are responsible for all unpaid balances. Accounts with unpaid invoices may be suspended or referred to collections.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington state. Disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
